La comunicación con la persona encargada de la gestión fue fluida. Se podía aparcar en la calle.

La pila del baño se embozaba y era desagradable. Los muebles, paredes etc con desperfectos, manteniendo deficiente. Caro para la calidad Decoracion que acumulaba polvo.

Pis molt net, prop de la universitat (que era l'objectiu) i tranquil. Bona connexió per a arribar des de l'estació de tren i prop del centre històric.

Faltaven algunes coses bàsiques com oli i sal, així com algunes coses del menatge de la cuina, però res important. En general, ben equipat per al fred, la calor, dutxar-se...
