Lots of space and nice facilities.

Everything was good.

Location and parking was fantastic apartment was very big.

Black mold in the bathroom, leaking tap, leaking toilet, broken kitchen drawer, old bedding and bed uncomfortable. Dog constantly barking downstairs. Bathrooms need a full refurbish, we didn't want to even use them.

The location and size of the apartment was perfect, couldn't have asked for a better place. So close to the beach and pier, walking distance from the town center and all the restaurants and shops.. it was wonderful and so accessible especially with having 2 little ones. The hosts was very responsive and assisted when needed.. thank you.

Even though the apartment was lovely, it definitely needs to be updated... and it wasn't cleaned very well. Little touches will make a huge difference. General cleanliness Kitchen drawers were broken and couldn't open properly. Could have used a couple of extra bin bags as were were there for 4 days and with 2 kids there's bound to be some mess. There was no dust pan and brush to pick to clean up..the hoover was very dirty needs to be cleaned. There was a leak in the store cupboard, which to be honest I wouldn't have noticed if I didn't need the high chair which was far back behind the washing machine. Would have been nice if the cot was open for us instead of trying to look for it and then struggling to open it. The beds need to be updated, weren't comfortable and felt very old. Honestly just little things... actually the place is lovely!

The house was clean and the location amazing. Close to everything and easy to access. The instructions provided by the host were very clear. Very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

For the price we paid, I would have expected some washing up liquid, but all in all it was a great accommodation.

Great spot and very peaceful for such a central location. Ample space in the property for everybody to have their own room, we were not on top of one another at all. Could not have faulted it for a quick weekend away visiting family at the university. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach and all amenities - brilliant!

The front door inter-com did not work, meaning you had to relay back/forth quite a bit, the chain on the door was also sheered off (lock worked though) so not a security threat. Matresses and kitchen utenstil draw were in need of repair & replacement, as quite sunken/broken in parts. Bathroom with tub did not have a shower hook so made it difficult to use. Be prepared for pay for extra vehicles on street parking as the property comes with one paid-for permit.

The property is located near the beach and amenities.

Explicitly booked due to its location and on site free parking. After a long journey with my wife and four children was looking forward to resting and making the most of our stay in the luxury flat. We arrived in the evening but the parking permit wasn't in the property as described in messages and in the welcome pack. The property hadn't been cleaned properly, there was next to no toilet paper and there was the constant sound of running water throughout the property. There were dirty foot prints, vapes and cigarette butts left lying around. Not what to expect in a non smoking property where my children would be staying. I had to clean the flat, so it was safe for my children. I contacted the agent immediately who blamed the cleanliness and lack of parking permit on the previous occupants. The agent requested all my car details which I provided and was assured the car had been registered online. However, after returning home I received parking notice for each day of my stay. Obviously appealed but was told the car wasn't registered online at all. I attempted to contact the agent to resolve this mix up but all calls have been declined and messages ignored. Absolutely no help at all. To describe the flat as luxury is a stretch of the imagination. The bathroom and shower room are dark and in need of attention. There are broken fixtures to avoid, the windows just about move and there is no extractor fan with lots of signs of mould. In the kitchen the drawers are falling apart, multiple attempts have been made (screws and glue) to hold the draw together but just about opens. The beds aren't very comfortable and all the double glazed windows in all the rooms have blown, which results in them letting in the cold. On the plus side and after prompting a pack of toilet paper was left by the front door half way through our stay. Would not book here again or use this agent, poor quality property and a complete lack of customer service.
