"Smell spoiled it all"

Quiet building, all necessary appliances

It’s a small studio flat and from the entrance you step right into bedroom. There was a smell of smoke in the room, as if people used to smoke there for a long time and the smell got absorbed into the furniture. The bathroom wasn’t very clean, as well as the kitchen utensils.
