"Good location, comfortable and quiet bedrooms with no WiFi"

The place was really clean and the location is pretty good. Grocery shop, main street and shopping centre are close by - only few minutes walking. Parking is easy and mostly possible in front of the house. Apartment is considered pretty quiet and there are no disturbing street noises if you keep your windows closed. There is a beach umbrella, which you can borrow if you head to catch a sun somewhere in Gran Canaria.

Bathroom door was not closing properly. WiFi signal is extremely bad and and it covers only living room and kitchen. Apartment itself is rather long and stretched out so there are no WiFi signal in bedrooms. Guess they are just meant for sleeping :). There is also no ventilation or air conditioner or heater - so keep that in mind.

"A great starting point"

Great starting point for traveling by rental car all over the island. Perfectly equipped, clean, spacious apartment. Cleaning products and even spices available. Fragrant bed linen, pleasant atmosphere. We recommend it not only for a short stay! In the immediate vicinity, we recommend visiting the picturesque town of Aguimes and the seaside village of Arinaga with several nice beaches.

"Great value for money, I'd stay again for sure!"

Really nice and spacious flat in a handy location, very close to the GC-1 that takes you to the capital or in the Maspalomas direction. Also, shopping center is just 2 min away, which again is very handy if you're with family.

The matresses were a bit hard to sleep on but overall, it was a great experience

Large, comfortable apartment, perfectly clean. The apartment is well equipped with everything necessary for living. Private parking place next to the entrance.

"Practical place in Vacendario a quiet neighbourhood not far from airport"

8 min min. walk to nearest bus stop

1) Initially, working of TV also no instant info on getting English programmes 2) The WiFi needs booster as the signla is very low or non existent in the bedrooms to the rear

The apartment was ideal for our stay of 3 persons - wide, clean, with a parking place next.

Only things what little bit disappointed our stay was the quality of frying-pans (worn and torn) and noise of a refrigerator.
