Book Jet - HIBISCUS BEACH FRONT

Brilliant location close to the best beaches, restaurants cafe and supermarkets. Beautiful, mature plants at the front. A useful foot wash tap nearby too. Very comfortable sofa, good bed, washing machine which we used a lot and space to dry swimming stuff and laundry outside, good bathroom. Lock box is a major advantage so you don't risk losing the key on the beach, and also to access property on arriving without needing to make phone calls in foreign country, as sometimes takes time to get the phone working. We liked the stove top coffee brewer. Very quiet.

The WiFi didn't work, despite many messages to the number given. These were responded to at first but then they gave up on us. No 4G for me at this location to compensate, though my partner did have. The kettle leaked badly which was potentially very dangerous. We managed by only putting in the right amount of water and always checking it was empty afterwards, again, reported but not sorted. The filter coffee maker was mouldy..didn't matter to us as we used the little stove top coffee thing, but not a good look! The door lock was very temperamental..we got the hang of it but it was very frustrating at first, we thought it would never work...I can imagine it would get easily broken if someone, understandably, got frustrated with it. Lack of privacy was an issue as the large sliding glass doors look straight onto public footpath, parking area and and next door and there was no net curtain, only a thick heavy one. This would be easy to resolve as there is a rail for this. There was no toilet cleaning or surface cleaning fluids. Luckily the blue toilet stuff in the rim lasted our stay and stopped it getting smelly.

Location fabulous 2 min walk to beach, Studio apartment was comfortable, clean, Bathroom great, Bed pillows very comfortable, Sofa also comfortable, Contactable via watsapp with bookjet company very prompt,

Residents above have children so can be noisy early evening, Bookjet who manages these properties take a £50 reserve incase of damages which we wasn't aware of on booking, Pic's on booking.com show multiple studios and 1/2 bed apartments, be careful what you book as we had a studio but thought we booked an apartment rooftop, conversations between booking.com and bookjet, we got a reduction in price due to mix up, Studio is nice and comfortable and suited our needs,

La posizione ottima, letto comodo, doccia grande

Ci era stato lasciato un solo asciugamano per il viso anche se era prenotato per 2. Inesistente la salvietta da mettere in terra per uscire dalla doccia. In 3 settimane non c'è mai stato un cambio biancheria e considerando la durato della permanenza qualche sacchetto in piu per l'immondizia non li costava nulla. Tende e divano visibilmente sporchi. Ho trovato il congelatore completamente pieno di ghiaccio e lo dovuto pulire io altrimenti 3 settimane non avremo resistito. È richiesto un pó di spirito di adattamento😅 ma nel complesso può andare.

No ,nos permitieron salir más tarde de la 11:00 pagando la diferencia aún no habiendo ningún reserva en el mismo día de nuestra salida ,no nos han devuelto el dinero del parking teniéndolo ofertado en Booking, ya que no existe parking privado

Good location

I never write opinions although I book 20-25 properties per year via booking.com. This time I had to: - Bad communication with the company handling this property (I got wi-fi access 2days before my departure - my only initial request was ignored). After 4 days, they promised to deliver missing equipment like chopping board or broom - as this is sandy location, never got it -I had to borrow it from neighbours. - this apartment doesn’t not have 49 sqm as it is stated in booking.com… it is lot smaller - very tiny. - please mind you will not have privacy, small patio and room entrance faces parking lot and is few meters away form main community gate (people slam door all the time, in the middle of the night as well) - this is studio type apartment, ‘1 bedroom’ is misleading in description.

Amazing location. Great value for the money. Everything you need for a fantastic vacation at Fuerteventura.
