"Ruhig und erholsam, schöne Umgebung in Rheinnähe."

Zuvorkommender, sehr netter Gastgeber - vielen Dank Stefan! Gemütliche Einrichtung, offener, großzügiger Wohn-/Essbereich, überdachter Balkon, sehr ruhige Lage, Aufzug direkt in die Wohnung. Kamin, allerdings wegen der sehr gut funktionierenden Fußbodenheizung nicht genutzt. Hofladen mit breitem Angebot direkt nebenan, frischere Eier (sehr angenehm eine harte Schale, die ein normales Öffnen ermöglicht, ohne daß sie in zig Teile zersplittert) als dort vom "Hühnerbaron" :-) nicht vorstellbar.

Durch den Aufzugschacht etwas hellhörig, aber nicht die Nachtruhe beeinträchtigend. Fehlender Dunstabzug für die Küche - wird durch die hohe Decke abgemildert. Wünschenswert: Direktes Licht im Küchenbereich/Anrichte. Lattenrost mit verstellbarem Kopfteil. Empfehlenswert: Bedienungsanleitung für die Tchibo Kapselmaschine besorgen.

Heel leuk ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Prachtig uitzicht en fijn parkeren op eigen terrein. Lekker verse eitjes beneden

Moesten lang wachten voor de eigenaar kwam net de sleutel. Dat is handiger om anders te regelen. Een lijstje met afspraken en gebruiksaanwijzingen zou ook handig zijn.
