Die Wohnung ist geräumig und sauber. Die Ausstattung innen und außen ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber für eine Nacht völlig in Ordnung und das Preis-Leistungsvethältnis passt.

Die ruhige Lage der Unterkunft.

Schlechtes Wlan, sehr kleine Dusche mit Vorhang und stark verschmutzte Fugen bis hin zu Schimmelbildung. Dachfensterrahmen extrem verschmutzt. Dunstabzugshaube könnte eine Reinigung vertragen. Beleuchtung am Bett ohne Leuchtmittel. Entgegen der in der Wohnung befindlichen Beschreibung gibt es den Unterstellraum im großen Gartenhaus für Fahrräder leider nicht. Dieses Gartenhaus ist verschlossen und komplett voll gestellt (kann man durch die Fenster sehen) Die Bewertung gilt für die Einheit 7B.
