Amazing view and super comfortable for a family with a 6-months old baby. It’s right next to the beach. The manager was really helpful and very nice and welcoming. We will definitely come back again next year.

It’s right next to Amaya beach restaurant and there were wedding parties every night and it was a bit noisy but nothing unbearable if you close the window.

Everything was perfect. We booked a small apartment and I found it really to small for us so the owner offered (for a price difference) the bigger option - a fantastic apartment with front line sea view. Everything we asked for was provided to us by the owner, who was always around. He gave us tips for places to go, restaurants, busses and everything else we wanted to know. There was no hair dryer in the apartment but I asked for one and I got it in 2 minutes. Parking is inside the complex so safe. Next to the complex there is a restaurant with swimming pool and sun beds, in case you want to give the sand away for some clean, clear water. It’s actually much more convenient than to rent sun beds on the beach… We already booked our stay for next year.

Nothing to do with the property but with Kraimorie…carry some cash with you as there are many instances where the card is useless (including the sun beds on the beach in front of the complex). It’s 22 BLV for 2 sun beds / day.

Very clean and modern accomodation. We very much appreciated the air conditioning in both the kitchen/living room and the bed room. Host was very friendly and helpful, with very good spoken English. He was present at the facility during daytime. It was possible to replace the provided towels whenever needed.

The tavern next to the facility can be noisy at nights. During our 6-night stay, events (a wedding, a birthday party and two concerts) took place for 4 evenings, often ending late in the night. It helped to leave the air conditioning whir all night so that outside noise couldn't be heard so much. Also the open shower corner isn't ideal as water spills on bathroom floor a lot. Not a big issue but worth mentioning.

The owner is very friendly and helpful. We had very good relation with Mr. Drago. With all his advises, we saw interesting places in Bulgaria and enjoyed our 2 weeks stay there. In Kraimorie there are several places with delishes Bulgarian cusine. Kraimorie Park are a new, well built buildings. No need to use air conditioning despite very high temperatures. Every day we had great view of the Black see, birds singing around and nice plants also around us.
