Nice apartment, renovated, clean. It has a separated bedroom (with a double bed and a coach), bathroom (small) and a kitchen. The kitchen has almost everything you want (although a toaster would be nice and also a spatula for making an omlette). The apartment has also a washing machine if you need. We did not use it. It has also a small balcony with two cosy chairs and a small table where you can have your coffee in the morning. You can find a parking spot near the building but pay attention to 2 aspects: after 9 PM is very hard to find one nearby so you will spend some time and park your car several buildings away (so far that you cannot see it). Also, you cannot park on the zigzag marks (that is for short term parking). The apartment has aircon (in the bedroom only). You have nearby Lidl, Kaufland (walking distance) and a small commercial center (only McDonalds and a Subway as restaurants, and a few shops). But you are like 10 minutes by car from the Sea Garden and the beach is nice and clean and not very busy. Also, the central park is very nice. A note for those coming for a tennis tournament as we did: Avenue Tennis Club is not close. You will need car or taxi to go there because the club is in the middle of nowhere :) So do not bother to book a room / apartment very close to the club. Better choose something more close to the city center or to the park where you will find 10 courts to train before matches. In the city center you can eat ok at Happy. In the city center (on the greean area) you have to pay the parking . 1 leva / h between 11 AM and 8 PM. Search for the green parking machines or for the QR codes.

In the kitchen: no toaster, no paper towels. Ants on the floor in kitchen, hallway and bathroom, every day. Has no spray to kill them. Probably they came from other apartments as the one we stayed in was very clean. Don't let outside the fridge anything. Also in the kitchen and bathroom we met a few kitchen bugs, so I think a pest control is necessary. Parking late in the evening can be an issue. The airport is nearby and planes pass over the building until 11PM or so. Could be noisy for some people. Shower is walkin and you will have water in the whole bathroom, but this is a Bulgarian thing, I think :) A mat could be useful and safer for guests.

Easy to parking

It was exactly like the photos, had everything needed.

Bright and comfy, we slept well. We liked the green neighbourhood and shopping options in the district.

This place silent and relax place. So near bus station.

This is not about the landlord but the elevator was very bad.

Great apartment with everything you need. Close to the main roads, bus stops and supermarkets, parking is available as well. Felt like home

Host communication was good. Getting keys was very easy - directly from lockbox. Parking was very easy - right next to building. Location was good for travelling out and into town by car, and also by getting around town by public transport. AC in bedroom was very good.

Place was dirtier than in the pictures. There was dust in many places, see pictures. There were stains on the floor and dust on the floor. There were dead mosquitos on the walls. Kitchenware was not fully usable - the pan was old and dangerous. Bathroom was very small and claustrophobic, could barely fit on the toilet seat.
