Mieszkanie typu Studio zlokalizowane na 2 piętrze budynku mieszkalnego. Nienaganna czystość. Bardzo spokojna okolica. Okna od strony przeciwnej od ulicy, w nocy bardzo cicho. Wygodny dojazd U-Bahn na teren targów Messe Düsseldorf. Bardzo miły gospodarz, nienaganna czystość. Wszystkie potrzebne naczynia do przygotowywania prostych posiłków. Około 1.2 km świetnie zaopatrzony market EDEKA oraz ROSSMANN (obok stacji U-Bahn).

Mieszkanie na 2 piętrze (bez windy), więc trzeba się przygotować wniesienie bagażu. Lokalizacja w pobliżu lotniska, więc rano, jak zaczyna się ruch lotniczy, to jest dość głośno (warto zabrać zatyczki do uszu).

Da wir auf der Messe gearbeitet haben, fanden wir die Möglichkeit, zu Fuß zur Messe zu gelangen, sehr angenehm

Der Fluglärm ist wirklich furchtbar .. von 5:50 bis mindestens 22:00 Uhr, oft sogar 00:00 Uhr .. die Flugzeuge direkt über dem Apartment. Weder die Lage, die schwer beeinträchtigt ist durch den Fluglärm, noch die Ausstattung des Apartments rechtfertigen den hohen Preis, den wir gezahlt haben

It is a comfortable apartment in a very quiet area. Close to Messe Dusseldorf. super friendly and helpful owners

There is no lift in the building, so consider this fact If you have big luggage or bad knees
