Citronelle Penthouse by Simply Seychelles

The use of a golf cart within the complex made everything accessible. The maintenance of the grounds was constant and everything was lush and well kept. We had a small pool within, as the French would say, "a deux pas". There are several pools spaced near the lodgings.

Two minor things. First, the instructions on where one could park the carts near the plaza and restaurants could have been explained better. Some of the security staff didn't understand the policies either, with the exception of 30 minutes free in the underground garage. We had to buy an additional roll of toilet paper for our one week stay. In other words, you get what is supplied at the start and that's it. Otherwise, very much Edenesque.

Location was really nice, quiet and serene with a shopping and restaurant plaza near. Also the gym and pools that are for the residents only where excellent. It's an excellent place to relax but there is no authentic local vibe if that is what you are looking for. House was good, plenty of space in every room and a nice big balcony with a grill.

Self-catering. So there was no breakfast provided. However, the self-catering arrangement worked well for us as we could prepare our own food, and the Eden Island Spar was convenient for groceries. However, so of their items at teh Spar were not of good quality. But the apartment at Citronelle was very good, though with minor small challenges.

Cleanliness of the apartment was questionable. The cleaning lady didn't clean property well. She also didn't provide necessities like toilet paper, dishwasher etc. And she didn't change bedding. Because of rains and the season, there were so many mosquitoes, and she didn't provide insecticide for the room.

It was a very lovely stay at this apartment. Located in a serene property with beautiful scenery and lots of amenities to use.
