A Due Passi Dalla Scalinata Restyling

The apartment was beautiful, very clean and spacious. The location was perfect within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The host was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Struttura in posizione perfetta, il nome della struttura è fedele alla descrizione: il B&B è realmente a due passi dalla famosa scalinata di Caltagirone. Arredamento moderno, molto ben curato, docce molto ampie ed eleganti. Abbiamo affittato l’intera struttura che è composta da due camere per cui l’appartamento era completamente a nostra disposizione. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo, anche perché ci ha consentito di parcheggiare sotto casa gratuitamente. Avendo io subito una contusione alla caviglia nei giorni precedenti, il proprietario ha avuto la grandissima gentilezza di portarmi dei campioncini di una pomata appositamente indicata per situazioni traumatiche.

Nell’appartamento c’è l’uso di una cucina, ma manca un frigorifero con ghiacciaia, mentre ci sono dei frigobar all’interno delle stanze, quindi non c’è acqua di benvenuto offerta al cliente, ma le bottigliette d’acqua sono a disposizione a pagamento

From the moment we arrived, Stefano made our experience unforgettable. He was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and thoughtful. Both check in and check out were smooth and stress-free - Stefano was there to greet us and coordinated everything according to our schedule, which made it so convenient. The apartment itself is spacious and well-appointed, with large bedrooms and two bathrooms which was absolutely perfect for our group. It was immaculately clean and well equipped with everything you could need for your stay. The location is AMAZING! Just a 2-minute walk to the famous staircase, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore everything. What truly sets this place apart, however, is Stefano. He went above and beyond, offering personalized recommendations- places to see, restaurants, etc.- tailored to our preferences, and was always just a message away on WhatsApp. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more delightful place to stay. Highly recommend this gem of a spot!

Excellent breakfast brought to the apartment by the owner, tasty and plentiful.

The stay was for only one night but it was really comfy and a nice apartment. The rooms had a bigger size as expected and the bathrooms were gigantic.
