La Isleta Sea View beach apartment - Front Line

Fantastische Aussicht aufs Meer und sehr gute Lage. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, gut geschnitten und mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist der Balkon. Es gibt zwei große komfortable Badezimmer. Ein schöner sandiger Strand ist mit wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden wiederkommen. Der Kontakt mit Brechje und Daphne war freundlich und zuverlässig. Die Rückzahlung der Kaution erfolgte schnell und problemlos.

Die Badezimmertür kann aufgrund von Feuchtigkeit und Wärme nicht richtig abgeschlossen werden. Wir würden empfehlen, das Geschirr zu erneuern. Es waren Einzelteile aus verschiedenen Sets.

THE VIEW🙌🙌🙌Terrace is amazing in any time of the day😍 Apartments is comfortable, fully equipped and cozy. There were even chairs and umbrellas for a beach. It was not easy to left this beautiful apartment, but we hope someday to return. Thank you Brechje for understanding 🫶

This is the most amazing location. It’s on the 10th floor, but you have such a great view of so much that’s going on.

A really lovely apartment in an excellent location. Very well equipped with high spec, comfortable, clean rooms. We particularly liked the spacious balcony and the very efficient aircon. We had an issue with the power cutting out, but the agent got back to us very quickly via WhatsApp to resolve the issue, even though it was Sunday evening. Would definitely book again.

Not much to dislike, just a couple of small things to note. Contrary to 'important information' given on bookings, the owner now asks for a security deposit of 500 euros to be sent to a bank prior to arrival, which is then returned. Due to fees and exchange rates for 2 transactions this ended up costing around 30 GBP. Not a huge amount, but needed factoring in to the cost of the holiday. It would have been nice to have had a few more pillows, only 1 per person provided, also there are only 4 dining chairs provided so we had to bring the garden chairs in from the balcony. None of these issues would stop us booking again.
