Möbel auf der Terrasse sind in die Jahre gekommen, müssten einige ersetzt werden. Gefährlich. Wir haben uns ein paarmal an den Liegestühlen verletzt. Platten auf der Terrasse am Boden sind teilweise nicht fest, sodass man aufpassen muss wo man hintritt. Kissenbezüge vom Sofa (Terrasse) könnten mal gewaschen werden und Vogelmist am Boden weggemacht werden. Wäscheständer müsste ersetzt werden. Fahrstuhl ging öfters nicht. Andauernd wurden Arbeiten im Gebäude erledigt, sodass viel Lärm war und immer etwas im Weg stand. Preisleistungsverhältnis passt nicht. Entweder Preis senken oder alles aufbessern.

Not applicable. The roof terrace was very good. Lounge comfortable. In all, flat was comfortable and offered easy access to beach and town. Bus to Alicante nearby

Shower room very dark as there was no overhead light. Black mould round shower tray. We were booked for three weeks but only supplied for enough bed linen for two weeks. Towels thin and hard. Cushions on outdoor furniture ripped and stained. Wooden outside furniture old and worn.

The apartment is absolutely amazing, there is no fault. Beautiful views, it had everything we needed. The terrace was stunning. It was fantastic to come back to aircon in the heat. The apartment had lots of older Spanish people who were lovely but the benefit for us non Spanish was the pool was empty at siesta every day, hardly ever had other people in the pool.

The only thing I would say, which isn't a negative, it would just add to how amazing the whole stay was, was to have or to know what pool amenities we would use. There were sun loungers in the utility room but we didn't know if we could use them. I found some fold out chairs by the pool and assumed it was for the apartment but turned out it was other guests. We were fine without them but it would help to have this info on the welcome talk.

Very well equipped apartment. Nothing missing. Amazing roof terrace. Fantastic location, so close to everything yet not noisy. If we went back to El Campello it would be to this apartment. Excellent staff and communication too.
