Location.... unfortunately too far out of the main town for us. You do need your own transport although taxis are easy and affordable.

Wow I had the most peaceful and beautiful time here. The apartment is so clean and quiet. I love the location it is halfway between the town and perdika so you have quick access to both. I like to walk so every day I went down to the supermarket and beach... the perfect trip!

The room was generally clean (except for a few dishes and refrigerator slight smell), the room was regularly cleaned, kitchen is well equipped, balcony and mosquito control is in place, and the location is convenient, since you can walk to both Aegina and Marathonas beach. Owner provided tips for trips around the island.

I think the owner means well, but her communication style is pushy and rules are displayed everywhere around the property. Firstly, at the arrival she stressed me out when I have informed that we will come 30 min later than previously planned (so at 2:30pm) and her reply was “After 2:30 we're going home 🏡 for today. Please don't be later than that. Thank you for your understanding 🙏”. I think this is not acceptable, especially if the check-is starts at 2:00, to push a guest to arrive at a certain time because you “want to go home”. Secondly, the owner required cash payment despite no previous cash-only information available. Later she called me to pay with a card, so I assume she has made a mistake, but never apologized. Similarity she has made a genuine mistake when explaining the bus schedules, and when we tried to clarify, she was irritated and insisted she was right, so we gave up and tried our luck with buses. (She was wrong by saying we need to catch a bus before 7:30 - if you want to catch a bus coming from Aegina to Perdika at 7:30, it’s ok to be at the nearest stop a couple minutes AFTER 7:30, because you’re on the way of the bus route). It’s small things but overall it is ruining the chill atmosphere, which I expect on my holiday.

Stefania is a great host, I recommend this place!

It's difficult to sum up how beautiful our stay was, the place, the room was nice and clean. The beach is right across the road for swims. It was the absolute care and hospitality of Stefanie that made this stay truely amazing. She went above and beyond, one of the days I lost my sun glasses and she gave me a pair to use, it's those small gestures that mean so much. We highly recommend a stay here!

There's nothing bad I can say about this place. Some might find the location being a little out of the port town less convenient but taxis are easy and take only 10 minutes to get to the port and the nearest supermarket a 25 minute walk.

If you travel to Aegina you have to stay here, you have to take benefit of the support and delightful atmosphere created for the customers by Stefanie. It is a person full of kindness, always ready to support you, with a strong sense of humor and excellent communication skills. She is ready to give you all the information and present you the details concerning your stay in her apartments, to adapt them to your needs and ensure the transparency of all the requirements.
