-The view is great! It‘s nice to be able to eat looking at the ocean, even though the kitchen table/chairs is extremely cheap and uncomfortable. -Spacious apartment with balcony -Lot of parking spots in the neighborhood, even though it fills up quickly past 8pm -Supermarket 1 minute walk away

-15% surplus on the final price because I had booked the apartment for one guest instead of 3. i understand the city tax of 4€/day/person, but 30 euros more to add 2 towels and make 2 beds is a joke. -I proceeded to extend my stay by myself, and they still charged me the city tax for 3 guests, which is a scam. -Only being able to provide 1 key for an apartment that can have 4 guests is not normal. -Every piece of equipment and futniture is either old or cheap. -They expect you to „leave the apartment how you found it“, but they don‘t provide any dish soap or scrubs? Simply hypocritical -Fully furnished kitchen, dishwasher, and washing machine, but it‘s up to you to buy soap, salt, oil, detergent, etc… Not even a small welcoming gift with a few coffee pods is not very thoughtful, but technically not disappointing since you are warned when reading the apartment description. -Toilet paper was provided (which is not self-evident knowing how cheap BeGuest is), but it was half wet and yellow, probably from the nearby toilet brush. Simply disgusting. -Security deposit was returned more than a week later after having to ask twice. Overall, this apartment has so much potential (hence not a 1/10), but please avoid this renting company… Customer service is hiding behind its policies and will not help you. BeGuest is a borderline scam business which is greedy for your money

Ao chegar no prédio estava chovendo e ninguém abriu a porta, conforme tinha sido combinado, e eu telefonei 4 vezes para o número indicado e ninguém atendeu. Entramos com um entregador da Amazon, e ao chegar no interior do prédio, os 2 elevadores estavam quebrados. O apartamento era no nono andar e ficou inviável subir pelas escadas. Ofereceram o apartamento do quarto andar. Aceitamos. Ao chegarmos nele percebi que faltava roupa de cama (edredom) para uma pessoa, mas ninguém da hospedagem podia levar. Tive que pedir emprestado para vizinha, pois estava 11 graus. Não bastasse isso, no dia seguinte, quase na hora da gente ir embora, levaram a roupa de cama, e depois enviaram email dizendo que ela foi danificada e que não iriam devolver o caução de 150 euros. Um verdadeiro absurdo tudo isso. Dos mais de 10 anos que sou cliente da Booking, nunca vivia nada parecido.

Appartement grand, fonctionnel mais sans âme. Loin du centre. On a de l’espace mais sans confort.

Le bac de douche est en plastique. Pas de produit d’accueil dans la cuisine ( éponge, produit vaisselle, capsule café….)

Gemak, grootte van het appartement.

Staat van de faciliteiten. Bijv loszittend frontje van keukenkastjes, los zittende douchebak, bank zit een beetje door.

Good location and near bus stop. Nice view being on the top floor.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Cascais! Monica welcomed us upon arrival and was always available if we needed anything. The apartment is spacious and was very comfortable for our one-month stay. It has a beautiful view of the ocean, and the area is quiet and picturesque. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the ocean, and the promenade is absolutely stunning. Getting to Lisbon is easy—there’s a train that takes around 30–40 minutes. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it!
