Feine FeWo im DG am Tegernsee

Die Wohnung an sich ist auf den ersten Blick schön, nur leider darf man nicht so genau hinschauen. Beim betreten des Treppenhauses wollte ich schon gleich wieder umdrehen. Alles alt und muffig. Die Wohnung ist zwar renoviert aber auch alles nur mehr schein als sein. Check-in hat super geklappt mit dem Code.

Der alte muffige Geruch im Treppenhaus. Die Badezimmer Tür könnte ausgetauscht werden. Der Rahmen total kaputt. Fenster im Bad bleibt nicht offen. Also lüften nicht möglich. Ein Bett ganz bequem aber das im Wohnzimmer ne Katastrophe.

Dasvzimmer war ok

Das ganze Haus und das Treppenhaus sind sehr sehr alt und man erschrickt über den Zustand

Die Wohnung hat eine fantastische Lage, 6 Min zum See

In die Jahre gekommen, das ganze Haus ist alt, Ansprechpartner nur via Mail oder Telefon

The main bedroom bed was very good. The kitchen had the necessary utensils.

The sleeping sofa was very dirty. The shower drainage does not work and it floods the entire floor up to the bedroom. Only one person could shower and we had to use ALL towels to dry up the mess. The other 2 of us could not even shower then. We can see at the bottom of the doors in the bathroom and the cupboard that this water problem is long term already. Also the cups and plates in the kitchen was dirty.
