Convenience: close to two shopping malls where you can find decent food and supermarkets (mercato, jaya grocer). Washing machine is functioning well, lots of hanger (25~30pcs) available for drying clothes. Balcony is very good for drying clothes - spacious with good sunlight. Blackout Curtains work very well to give good sleeping quality Gym: we have used for workout and my family was very happy with its size and equipments

Door lock issue: we couldn’t get into the apartment 3 times out of the 4 nights stay. Our group of 6 had to wait for the lock to stop beeping (which took 3mins) until we can try inputting password again. No laundry detergent even washing machine is available. Body wash, shampoo and handwash: you better bring your own ones (two sets, for two bathrooms) One access card only: extremely inconvenient considering we have 6 people staying. 3 bedrooms for 6 people but one of the rooms can only sleep 1 person. The 6th person has to sleep on a mattress placed on the floor in master room. Garbage: throwing can only be done at ground level so you will smell garbage while people take garbage with them in the lift.

Very modern apartment. Helpful owner. Beds comfortable. Aircon worked well. 3 bedrooms for our family was perfect. Swimming pool.

Mosque nearby....be prepared for loud call to prayers. Busy main road a little noisy but ok.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Every room offers a beautiful view of the sea, ensuring a serene and scenic stay. Host was very welcoming and hospitable. His staff Pinki was very attentive and helpful. Reccomended👍

The homestay is very clean, the sea view is beautiful, overall it feels great. It has a homely feeling and is very comfortable.

The washbasin in the master room is slightly clogged.

风景优美，环境舒适。

三间卧室都能看到海景，坐在阳台上可以欣赏远处海面货船来往。楼下左边麦当劳右边肯德基，还有匹萨店等食肆。不远处垂直电梯上下天桥过马路对面是大型商超，动手能力强的朋友可买菜回来自己烹饪，厨房设施齐全，就是浴室少挂钩，还有记得自带拖鞋，不介意的屋子里光脚也蛮舒服。
