Spacious, AC was working well, location near Gurney plaza

1. It takes 30-45 mins to wait for elevator to go up or down. During check in and check out time, the wait time can be up to 1 hour! During check out time today, we saw a family going down 37 stairs with luggages and their baby! 2. No lobby, no place to sit to wait for Check in/post Check out time. No space to stow your luggage after check out time (which is at 11-12 noon) 3. No dryer in the unit. Owner posted a pic of Washer Dryer, but Dryer is no longer there. It takes 1.5 days for clothes to dry in the patio which was inconvenient since washer dryer is the reason why we opted for this airbnb

Clean, convenient location- 10 mins to georgetown, 15 mins to batu ferringhi

The lift need to wait for abt 15-20 mins during check in, however the staffs were very helpful during check in

The lift waiting time just a bit long coz there just 3 units of lifts to serve 41 floors residences

Nice & clean apartment. Aircond & other amenities in apartment in good working condition.

Owner should make sure basic necessities like toilet paper, shampoo & liquid soap are provided.

master bedroom the bed got smell, suspect is the covers for the pillows

very big house can fit lot of people, almost all facility are provided.

hard to find free carpark if your trip is more than 1 car.
