Fewo I Schloßborn

Eine sehr schöne und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist sehr schön, wenn man Natur liebt und Ruhe bevorzugt. Trotzdem ist man mit dem Auto schnell in Frankfurt, Mainz oder Wiesbaden. Eine Bäckerei ist in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und bietet leckere Brotwaren und Kuchen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet man hat nicht nur 2 Herdplatten sondern auch einen Backofen und eine Mikrowelle.

Das Doppelbett ist eventuell etwas schmal, aber uns hat es kein bisschen gestört.

The accommodation is well-equipped apartment / flat in the heart of the Taunus. Far away from noise, yet pretty close to everything one may wish to reach. It took about 35-40 minutes every morning to get to the Messe and a similar amount of time to get back from the city centre in the evening. It's also close to Wiesbaden and Mainz. The apartment has everything that one may need even for a longer stay - a fully equipped kitchen (well-sized fridge, tea/coffee-machine, microwave and a full-sized oven in case you wanted to bake something), a convenient bathroom with a shower cabin and a bright dining/living room. The bed was comfortable and more than enough for one person. Getting the keys was easy as the landlady lives in the same building and was expecting me to arrive (I had made sure to let her know my estimated time of arrival). She was very kind and flexible and a bottle of mineral water waited for me on the dining table, which was a nice gesture.

Heating was not always perfect, but since I had spent the vast majority of the time away from the apartment and mostly was there to sleep, it was OK - I can imagine that this might cause an issue if someone wished to spend more time there, especially with a little child, but for me it wasn't a problem (and I haven't flagged it to the owner either, and I'm pretty certain that this could have been an easy-fix).

Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie ist hell und bietet gut Platz beim Aufenthalt. Die Lage war für unsere Vorhaben perfekt. Die Nachtruhe war sehr gut. Bei Gelegenheit kommen wir gern wieder.

The flat was perfectly clean, bright and welcoming. Everything new. We had our private parking. The owner is very kind and speaks English very well. And it was very silent

Just the position, with some big lorries. The flat was extremely insulated and we didn't hear any noise but the view is not great . Everything else is perfect
