"The location is great, the cigarette smell awful, not enjoyable at all."

There was no breakfast included.

When we entered the flat ,we realised it must have been a smokers flat, very unpleasant ! My husband went straight to the information office, where we got the key from and complained about it. The lady on the reception phoned Veronica Ehrenberg and my husband was told, that Veronica will contact us the next day and that we are entitled for compensation. She did not contact us during the 4 days stay. We are very disappointed and would not recommend this flat to anybody.
