The house is spacious, many kitchen equipment are available and staircase is clean

The building is so quiet at night and a bit scary if you are travelling alone ;) Nothing bad about the property

"Good for an independent private stay in Grangemouth."

The layout of the flat suited our family needs and to be able to cook our own food. The location was good to visit the kelpies. The beds were comfortable and flat was clean. Shop is just round the corner.

Could do with a recycle bag and food compost bin in the kitchen. A few small repairs could be sorted easily to bring the flat up to tip top, but they didn't distract from the comfort of the stay and value for money.

The apartment was almost equidistant from the places we planned to visit in Scotland. Convenient for a large family or a group of friends.

The floor was very creaky and it would be nice to have a table for eating.
