Wetterhorn, Eiger, Jungfrau, Amazing!

The owner is very responsive.

The apartment was too cold for us. But the owner managed to get us an electric hearer on the 3rd day & that helped a lot. Had climb up stairs. Difficult with big bags. The ski slope was not within walking distance.

It is pretty near the train station, have a well equipped kitchen.

The heater and hot water wasn't working on our 1st night, it is extremely cold. Owner is very responsive and it got fixed next day about 6.30am. As this happen during winter, not heater, no hot water to shower is really a hell for us especially it is the 1st night when we just arrive late in a rainy day having walk from the train station.

The best aspect of this property is its position, a short walk from Grund Station and the Terminal, so that access to all transport is quick. The chalet itself is pleasant and was well equipped with everything needed in the kitchen and a washer drier in the spacious bathroom. The view of the Eiger from the veranda is wonderful.

We had the Wetterhorn apartment, which is in the top floor. I am not sure I knew that when booking as the site does not make it easy to differentiate between the apartments. The sleeping accommodation was difficult for four adults - the bedroom was fine but the second "bedroom" was a low alcove behind a curtain under the eaves which was unventilated, claustrophobic to sleep in and with constant danger of banging your head. Storage for clothing was inadequate. The stairs up to the apartment are quite steep and have no hand rail. We were four over seventy-year olds and although fit would have liked the support of a rail.

location is really good

The owner is friendly and helpful. The apartment is is 5 mins walk to Grindelwald Grund station and 10 mins to Grindelwald Terminal station. We enjoyed the views from the apartment.

Nothing

The location and the well-appointed kitchen. The views from the balcony and the hot tub.

The second and third "bedrooms"....no headroom...no windows.
