No hand soap for washing body

The location was exceptional! Close to the rental shops, restaurants, buses to get to the ski lodge, and free parking! Chalet with beautiful views. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Appreciated the full kitchen in the studio.

Some more vegan options for breakfast would have been nice but we understand that the food there is very heavy on the animal product.

Very spacious. Very clean and well maintained. Incredible view of the mountains and also in a great location.

Reception staff were very helpful.

The wifi was not functional. An alternate wifi was provided, unfortunately were not able to access that one either, unless sitting in the reception area. Since we were traveling and needed access to wifi to manage various reservations and personal matters, this was a significant disruptions. Additionally, this property did not provide any soap, except dish soap.

Easy accessible by walk upslope within 10 mins, or you may call Alpenhof for free shuttle bus service Well equipped kitchen and love to use bathroom is nice Superb garden view with Grindelwald nice view

Asked for the shuttle bus service when check-out in the morning, but the staff of Alpenhof Hotel is not as nice as expected. She gave a lot of excuse to refuse my request. Pay attention to walk if you carry heavy luggage, it's not easy. But this is the common difficulty found in Grindewald
