This place was a gem to stay in. There were a few minor things that needed fixed, such as the bathroom mirror was gone and the tub facet was loose but worked fine to take showers. The condo has everything you need as far as sleep linens, towels for showers, fridge, and cooking. The best part was that you had no key card or key to keep track of. You just put in your assigned code, and the door unlocks and locks automatically. The location is literally a minute walk to the beach. There is no need to take food for lunch as you can get back, eat lunch in the cool air, and rest a bit from the sun. We didn't use the pool, but it was clean and nice. There are tons of places to eat that you are able to walk or drive to. There are plenty of ice cream and souvenir shops as well. And of course, walmart stores, if you choose to cook in the condo. We did eat dinner out one night and went to the Hammered Crab, and it was the best crab we have ever had! We also ate lunch at the Skyliner Diner, which was a really neat experience and huge portions. We are into history and went to Fort Morgan to see one of the locations the war of 1812 was fought. There is parasailing (shoot'em up), which was a lot of fun, and we also went on the dolphin tours at surfs up, which was AMAZING! We will definitely be back and hopefully be able to rent another condo at the Moonraker. Definitely recommended staying here. The price was great. The location is perfect if you don't care to walk 1 min to the beach to save you some dollars!! Thank you again for a great stay!

Other than the 2 minor fixes, it would be the traffic. Anywhere you go, there is traffic and it's bumper to bumper no matter where you stay. But if you're willing to walk, that isn't an issue.

Stairs were small. Neighbors were noisy and walls are thin.
