Appartement très agréable et fonctionnel.

Все прекрасно, удобная кровать, большая террасса, вид на море.

Неплохо было бы получить инструкцию по пользованию микроволновкой. А также добавить летнее одеяло или пледы. Если приезжать автобусом из города , надо пройти в горку.

A wonderful find. The apartment was clean, with a well equipped kitchen, and an amazing deck and view. The bed was very comfortable and the location, although on a busy street, was quiet and close to a supermarket and local restaurants.

Some instructions for the "smart" washer would have been helpful.

The best bit by far was the size of the balcony, the apartment is on the top floor [superior] and you can see the sea and the mountains, it's about a 20-minute walk into town, and there are 2 supermarkets very nearby, one up the road and one down the road, and a baker's just opposite. The hosts are very nice people.

Booking.com needs to update its listing, as it currently does not include information about a barbecue or safety deposit box, which it does not have. This is probably a mix-up with one of the other apartments; it didn't bother us, but it might for some people.

Our stay at Urban 35 was wonderful! The Superior Apartment exceeded all our expectations. A perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The apartment with fully furnished, essential amenities and great facilities which included the washing machine, super handy after the daily beach trip. With a well equipped kitchen, we couldn’t resist cooking our dinner with the local produce. Our romantic Al fresco dining experience was unforgettable with the beautiful sunset view from the terrace. We would love to stay more days and spend more time just relaxing on the terrace with an amazing view. Antonis, very friendly and helpful, answered all the requests swiftly making us feel at home. Urban 35 is Truly a Home for our Holiday. We would highly recommend this Homey place in Chania.

Ottima la posizione. Comoda la presenza di un supermercato a pochi metri dalla struttura. Possibilità di parcheggio sotto la struttura. Il proprietario si è dimostrato molto disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta di informazione.
