Shower needs a good clean

Location was by everything that you need. Apartment was superb. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location was fantastic, view from the windows were wonderful, comfy beds, large fridge freezer, bars and restaurants a few mins walk away. Communication with homely apartments was efficient

The apartment needs taken off the market for at least a few months, as there is extensive building work being done on the apartment above, we were woken every day to drilling and jackhammering, noise of plaster and bricks falling onto the floor, There is also a large hole in the kitchen ceiling and the wall is covered in mould from the water leak that must have happened several weeks before. We also had a large water leak from the ceiling on the other side of the kitchen on the Wednesdays due to the workmen upstairs flooding the apartment above. We did send the owners video of the problem and they sent there insurance team to assess the situation. We were offered to move two days before we were due to go home, but turned it down and just made sure we were out all day to avoid the deafening noise. I feel they also relied on the previous holiday makers to clean the apartment for the next set of guests, hence the lack of deep cleaning that is desperately required in this apartment, the floors were dusty and kitchen utensils and cooking pots and pans needed cleaning before use due to grease. Shower cubicle needed a deep clean Also there is a strong sewage smell in the bathroom, so lots of disinfectant and making sure the door was kept shut was essential.

Perfect location , spacious and clean

Shower cubicle needs fixed , it needs a door also the drain is clogging and it doesn’t drain properly . Things in kitchen missing like salad bowl , mixing bowls etc .

Location was excellent & the apartment was really spacious. It was well equipped & clean & the beds were super comfy! Communication from the agent was great throughout also

Nothing about the apartment it was totally lovely. The place to collect the key was a few streets away. Fine for us as we had a car and our relatives knew where to go. Would be good to have the key location a week or so before arrival, (not the box code) so people could pre book the taxi to take them there on the way from the airport. Lots of British people book the airport taxi in advance for a fixed price.

the balcony and the location was good

the first thing we noticed was a big whole in the kitchen roof as soon as we walked in. the air conditioning in one if the bedrooms did not work at all and had to use a fan which was covered in dust and looked like it had never been cleaned. behind the headboreds on both beds was about a inch thick with dust. in the bathroom there was a rack on the left hand side which was covered in blood. i have photos off all of this
