Costa Blanka resident apartman

Clean, well-equipped apartment. Beautiful view from the terrace. Márk is a kind, helpful host. Aldi, Mercadona, restaurants, cafes nearby.

Good location, close to Mercadona, beach etc.

The "bed" was completly worn out and it would probably been easier and more comfortable to sleep on a pile of gravel. A cross the Street there was a huge construction site with heavy machinery starting at 07.30 in the morning and didn't finish untill 21.30. Because of that it was to noisy and dusty to use the balcony and everything was covered in dust. Not a big thing but no wifi either.

Being homeless in Spain

Different location to advertised,owner had to give directions. Rundown area and building. Decided not to stay

The host - genuinely nice people (family?). The view - the view from the terrace was amazing. Really enjoyed watching the sunrise. Nearby supermarket - a large supermarket nearby which sells really tasty food. Facilities - it has washing machine, hair dryer, kettle, everything.

Cleanliness - the kitchen / living area smelled of rotten fish and when I opened the fridge there was mouldy stinky water in the vegetables box. I had to start cleaning it at 10pm soon after arriving. The smell never came off and really disgusted using the fridge thereafter. Additionally, all plates, cups and glasses were not cleaned properly so had to wash them all before start using them. Safely - within less than 2 days being there, I noticed that the front door of the building, the gates or both, were often wide left open often. Not recommendable for female solo traveler. Location - not exactly the closest to the main transport hubs nor tourists attractions. Air con - air con doesn’t work the same as central heating, it only keeps the top layer of the room warm but not the bed level, so it was freezing at night.
