"Very Good"

The location close to Nea Chora beach was perfect. The property occupies an elevated position just up from the beach and working harbour at Nea Chora. 2 mins to the beach and 10/12 mins into the old town and harbour which are stunning. The large balcony is a great addition to the flat with loungers and two seating areas.

The bed has the most uncomfortable overly firm mattress we've ever experienced, the sofa bed in the lounge is equally uncomfortable to sit on. The lighting is very dark so it's tricky getting ready on an evening in the very cramped and tight bathroom, the shower is nearly impossible to control.. The kitchen is very tight for space and there's no drainer just an oversized double sink , better use of the available space would have helped. No shelves in the oven, no toaster. no microwave. In addition, there is quite a bit of construction work going on close to the property which can be heard all day long (as of May 2026.)

Great communication,perfect arrival, very helpful, couldn't fault had a lovely stay. Loved the balcony and the extras. Nice and quiet, steps to the beach and restaurant. The best hosts.

"Komfort pod każdym względem."

Bardzo życzliwi gospodarze.Położenie tego penthausa było wyśmienite- rzeczywiście widok na morze u góry. Bardzo blisko plaży- kilkadziesiąt metrów. Wszędzie doskonałe tawerny. Dojazd na trzecie piętro windą. Dobrze zaopatrzony aneks kuchenny. Dwie bardzo sprawne jednostki klimatyzacji - w sypialni oraz w salonie. Gigantyczny taras, na którym można spokojnie jeść posiłki- pergola i parasol dają cień.

"Perfect flat for a couple!"

The hosts were very nice, friendly and helpful! The apartment was almost perfect and had basically everything you could need or want. Spotlessly clean and very modern. Even the small touches made it perfect. View of the beach in the evenings ❤️ Aircon, fly screens on the doors, balcony doors let in a sea breeze through the whole flat, nice sized TV, couch, fully fitted kitchen, perfect fridge, cooker, washing machine. I really couldn't say enough good things about this apartment. Would 100% recommend

Great place! We really reccomend. Located just few steps from sandy beach, 20 minutes walk to the Old City. Host is very nice and helpful.
