The Lookout

Owner met us at the property, Very comfortable bed. Everything needed for that home from home experience, The view was amazing . Great proximity to shops , restaurants, bars, train station. seafront and ideal location to base yourself for visits to Loch Lomond , Arrochar .Luss. Beautiful scenery!!

TV maybe needs a little upgrade, some buttons on remote not working, but done the job for all the time we were in the flat. Main entrance door to the close does not shut properly when leaving , a handle on the main close door may help to pull the door shut properly?

Great location for me and local amenities very handy.

Wifi

The apartment was spacious, warm and comfortable. No noise problems despite the very central location and very handy for the train in to Glasgow. The apartment was well stocked with essentials and my son appreciated all the toys and books he found. Dean was a great host, easy communication and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place.

A couple of very minor maintenance points, the bathroom tap is missing its handle but obviously still usable and the freezer was in need of defrosting. Not a big deal, didn't detract from our stay.

Noise from cars going over broken drain in main road.

Great location, right on the front. Good size rooms, really well equipped. Milk in the fridge was a nice touch, as were the vase of roses.

Entrance and stairs were pretty dark at night, (think a bulb was gone), tv signal wasn’t great and couldn’t work the dvd player. The bathroom tap was missing the leaver so a bit tricky to turn water on / off.

We loved the location the view the flat and the host was very friendly and helpful we were only sorry we had to cut it a bit short due to me taken ill otherwise I can't fault anything thank you Dean

There was nothing we didn't like about it it also had all the amenities we needed apart from the fact we had to drive to dunbarton to get my emergency medication because we didn't come under the durasticion due to my copd flare up but that wasn't the hosts fault it was just bad luck on ours but thank you again Dean for being such a good host
