EVERYTHING. We had booked the 2-bedroom apartment. We liked the location, next door to huge shopping mall, the quietness, the view from 7th (top) floor. The medium soft mattress of the beds, sun all day on the balcony and in the room, the decor, the cleanliness, the fully stocked kitchen, the fast clear responses of the owner (via text and photos), the free parking spot. One could easily live here for a while.

I'd only like to suggest to owner to provide a rubber math for the elderly to use the shower in a rather deep bath and to check the showerhead as it did not spray evenly. But these points were minor and did not disturb the enjoyment of the place, which was top.
