"We were very well looked after in the flat and would therefore be very happy to come again."

The location of the flat is optimal, regarding public transport, shopping, sea, city centre. The two bedrooms have a very nice exposure; evening sun, they are therefore very bright. The bay window in the living-dining room is very cosy and bright. The furnishing of the flat is very practical.

The lighting above the dining table is somewhat sparse. The living room lacks a place with enough light for reading. There is no place to hang up wet clothes.

Struggled a little getting into the building. Thought you had to use the key in the front door but asked a cleaner and they showed me it was fob access.

Could’ve done with a small lamp in the living room so that we didn’t have to have the main lights on.

"Clean, well appointed apartment. Close enough to the town and beach. Value for money."

Lovely location, with a small Co-Op close by. Had everything we needed and was reasonably close to the beach. Just a short walk along the beach to Boscombe.

The parking space was rather tight, but that is a minor point.

"Superb"

quiet locaction, well equipt kitchen, comfortable beds. Lift right outside appartment door (second floor). Smart TV with numerous options including Netflix. Co-op store on ground floor, only 10min. stroll to sandy beach and restaurants.
