Die Lage war super. Die Wohnung war sehr schön renoviert.

Die Angabe "überlange Betten" war nicht zutreffend beim Appartment Arkada. Ein Bett war ein Klappbett, das ca nur 1,80 m - 1,90 m hatte. Die Angabe zum Parken 21 Ron/Tag war auf keinem der angegebenen Parkplätze zutreffend. Wir haben dann über andere Internetseiten einen Parkplatz gefunden in einer Siedlung, wo wir kostenlos stehen könnten, aber dafür 25 min. Hingehen mussten.

All was good, but it was a different room than what was in the pictures initially when I booked, so at first I was a little confused.

It was another room, so that was a little confusing, but all good.

Nu ne-a fost oferit apartamentul pe care l-am inchiriat de pe booking pentru ca avea o problema cu centrala, lucru pe care l-am aflat cu doua ore inainte de a fi cazati de la proprietarul apartamentului. Ni s-a oferit un alt apartament, la aceeasi adresa, laudat ca fiind cu mult mai bun decat cel inchiriat. Locatia foarte buna, in centrul Clujului. Parcare foarte aproape de cazare, contra cost.

Apartamentul nu era in circuit inca, totul era nou. Avea insa mai multe lucruri nepuse la punct. In unul din dormitoare nu aveau lumina langa pat. Lumina era cea de pe tavan. In baie nu era cos de gunoi. Apartamentul nu avea aer conditionat. Internetul nu era functional inca. Proprietarul a fost initial semi-agresiv la telefon, a incercat sa repare tonul conversatiei dupa, spunand ca face tot posibilul sa ne ofere ceva mai bun, avand in vedere ca nu a putut repara centrala in timp util.
