Perfectly located, all the necessary amenities and spotlessly clean!

Could have done with the option for an earlier / later check in / out but it wasn’t the end of the world. And the door into the block was extremely heavy and as I have a mobility issue that was slightly challenging but overall it was an excellent experience.

I stayed in the apartment nº 5, the one with 3 beds. Very spacious and clean. The Residential House Aria is very central located, one would expect noise and traffic, but it's a very nice and quiet street, mostly pedestrian, close to all the important touristic spots. I would chose it once again for a longer stay, I love Cluj-Napoca.

Location was very close to the centre of the old town. Room had everything it needed Staff were helpful

The room did feel like a sauna and was abit too hot

No pude dormir de las muelles de la cama,reservé un ático y me dieron una planta baja,al personal no lo vi.

Troppo calda , anche la notte troppo calda, non c’era aria condizionata
