The location to the beach is great.

The property was comfortable, well equipped and within a 10 minute walk of Alum Chine beach. There was a designated parking space at the property. There was a cafe and toilets at the beach, and a promenade where you could walk to Bournemouth Pier. The village of Westbourne, with a great range of shops and eateries, was within a 15 minute walk (in the opposite direction to the beach). The 70 Bus stopped outside the property and went to the beach, or in the other direction to Bournemouth via Westbourne.

The only view from the windows of the property was the neighbours fence. So whilst the property was a great base for exploring the area and visiting the beach, it did not have a "cosy" feel to it. The property registration process was a cocern. I was required to send I.D. evidence, bank details and signature via an email link. Whilst this was probably a legitimate request by the property agent, it is also the same information that a scammer would use to steal I.D. Had I have know such information was going to be needed, I wouldn't have booked this property, but I was not made aware of this registration requirement until after booking the property.

I didn’t expect the property to be located on the hill. No shower gel and shampoo were provided.
