Location ideal for my need.

Stairway not suitable for infirm. Would have been a nice gesture for coffee to be available

Location very close to the centre of the city. Big space and good facilities. Very nice and ready to help owner.

Location is a bit rundown The building is under construction The host lives in the same building There is a sewer smell sometimes present in the room The toilet is not fixed Door handle is not stable although host replaced it when I came The room is in a common yard with many different folks living there, so if you want to feel like you are part of a community, this may be the place, however there is nothing eye pleasing to the yard or the building. Also the room is near a storage room which is full of junk and semi abandoned stuff. During my stay an old guy came to get his fishing equipment around 6am which is not pleasing There is private parking, however the access is a bit narrow because the alley is between two buildings so you have to be careful All in all you can get better value for money elsewhere, the position is ok but it is still about 13 minutes farther from the center and again, the owner lives in the same building. To sum it up: unfinished building, nothing touristy or eye pleasing, common yard, hospitable owner, amenities inside the apartment are ok, bathroom is not ok wrt toilet bowl and sewer system, you can get better value elsewhere at relatively the same price, but, it works for 2 nights max I would say.
