L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal car situé dans le centre de Valledoria. Une petite ville dynamique avec des animations, des bars, restaurants et divers commerces. Cependant le quartier est très calme. Les équipements dans l’appartement sont assez complet et la climatisation est vraiment pratique en période estivale. Dario qui gère la location n’était pas présent durant notre séjour mais a été très disponible pour répondre à nos interrogations via Whatsapp. De plus il nous a donné pas mal d’informations sur les bons plans de la région. Les parents de Dario sont éventuellement disponibles en cas de besoin car il résident dans un appartement voisin.

L’appartement est situé en rez de chaussée et dispose de deux terrasses (à l’avant et à l’arrière) qui donnent sur celles des voisins. De plus des terrasses voisines se trouvent également au-dessus de l’appartement. Du coup comme souvent avec ce genre de logement la tranquillité dépend du voisinage. Durant notre séjour nous n’avons pas spécialement été dérangés. Une petite bouteille d’eau dans le réfrigérateur serait appréciable lorsque les arrivées se font tardivement. Une passoire plus grande serait également nécessaire pour égoutter les pâtes voir du riz.

What did you like? Everything really from the moment We connected the hosts they replied quickly and they were very helpful and easy to deal with. The apartament was like new and had all the essentials, air conditioning in all the rooms, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen fully equipped. I have to say that never happened before and we travel at least 3 times a year for the last couple of years. We are family of four and I couldn't recommend this place more. 1km from the beach and 100m from shops.

Spacious, clean, comfortable apartment with convenient facilities e.g working washing machine, dishwasher, microwave. Nearby shops and beaches.

Perfect apparent for both short term holiday and long stay as digital nomad. Life in this apartment delivers a comfort level of town house experience. It has private parking place, BBQ grill and a patio in addition to spacious and furnitured and decorated with an exelant taste apartment. Combined kitchen-living room was equipped probably even better then we have at home. Very good quality and speed of internet is also made us IT guys and gurls happy. Close proximity to both shopping entertainment centers just 2 min to walk and to the great beach 18 min to walk along the road immersed in greenery and flowers. Great, friend and helpfull host made our stay very please and comfortable. Highly recommend for those who want to visit north of Sardinia.

This was our first time staying in Valledoria, and the apartment was fantastic. Everything was clean and new, and what we appreciated was a) the fact that the kitchen was so well-stocked (we love to cook) and b) the access to both a front and back terrace--our kids had fun riding their skateboard and small balance bike around the terrace and private driveway for the complex. We could walk just 2min right to the large supermarket in town, and then continue down the main road for gelato, etc. Even though we couldn't walk to the beach from the apartment, San Pietro and Imbarcadero were only about a 1-minute drive away--would be great for anyone with bikes. Dario and his family were the loveliest hosts--we absolutely recommend their properties.
