New Central Luxury Oasis

It's a nice tew rooms apartment with a big balcony, and you find almost everything you need if you want to cook or do your laundry.

I didn’t like the communication with the owner. I booked for 3 nights, and the weather was quite cold. We were already feeling cold and were working from the apartment. I politely asked if it would be possible to increase the temperature for a day and a half, as we were starting to feel unwell, but I received no response. I contacted the owner through the Booking app, sent an SMS, and called once, but unfortunately, there was no reply.

Nem lehetett átvenni a szállást. Üres volt a széf ami meg volt jelölve, hogy tartalmazza a kulcsokat. Nem lehetett elérni senkit a szállással kapcsolatban. Se telefonon, se üzenetben.

A fost totul curat.

The underground parking spot and location bedsheets seemed clean, check in was easy and quick, they also had a coffee machine.

The apartment was not taken care of at all and in a degrated state and is nothing like the pictures. Moldy bath tube, the ventilation was not working and coming out of the wall. Plinth was coming off the walls only by walking by. Walls were peeling off and were cracked. Couch was tearing off. Furniture was broken and feared to open any door. Bedroom handle came off when trying to close the door. But what I disliked the most were the follow ing: 1. Apartment was listed as pet friendly then we got a message with house rules saying we can not come with the dog ( afterall we came with the dog because that S how it was listed like) 2. Apartment owners sent a message the night before we left saying that if we can not give them high score, maybe we can tell them what they should improve because if we give them a bad review they will have Issues( as it is my problem that they don t bother to use a screw and some paint to fix some things) and if i give them a false bad review they will also give us some reviews?! I mean it felt like they were threatening us. Anyways, if I wasn’T to have the dog with us we would have looked for any available hotels on spot.. so I would definitely skip this stay.

Location and parking.

Basic furniture, folding camp chairs for dining room. Flooring was in very worn-out condition.

Az első szállás, ahol kényelmes volt az ágy. A kávéfőző szuper! Isteni kávét készített. A központ még 3 gyerekkel is könnyen elérhető volt sétálva is.
