Bed was comfortable, but you could not swing a mouse, let alone a cat anywhere else

False descriptions, no private parking- told to park on street. Bathroom was 6ft by 4ft maximum and could not open and/or close door. Living area tiny and badly designed/ layed out. No room to place any luggage.

I liked the neighbourhood, it seemed safe.The bedroom was cozy. Heating was good, garden was decent.Good WiFi. A Amazing host.

Bathroom is tight, the radiator in the bathroom is a hazard, kept on burning us. The bed was held up by a block of wood, tv wasn't working on day one. On the first night neighbours upstairs were jumping around after midnight.

The propery was very clean and in a quiet location.

Helen was very friendly and helpful! The apartment is situated in a beautiful neighborhood. The walk to the city centre along the Bourne through upper-, central- and lower garden is quite something. We can recommend it entirely.

Our host Helen, was very helpful, easy communication, she met us at the property and told us to park on the drive. She also offered local knowledge on things to do, as I was there for a course and my husband was looking for ideas to keep him occupied. The property was compact but more than adequate for a comfortable weekend stay. It had all of the necessary facilities you would expect and was clean and fresh. It was very local to the Kingston Masonic Hall where the course was being help. Only around 10 minutes to the beach

This is an apartment in what looks like a redeveloped garage space, so it’s small, but the space has been used well and it was comfortable, well equipped and well furnished. Unusually for a small space, it has a separate bedroom with a proper door. We’ve stayed places where there was a doorway but no door. There’s a comfortable sofa, a good sized tv on the wall and plenty of kitchen and bench space. There’s also a few pots and pans plus oven trays meaning it is possible to cook properly here, not just reheat ready prepared food. The shower had good hot water and is a good size although the bathroom itself is a bit cramped, the only part of the apartment that is. The towels and bedding were also good and there is plenty of space to hang things on the backs of doors and in the bedroom. The house is also in a lovely quiet location and there’s lot’s of light from the front and the back of the house. The owners were friendly and helpful. All in all, a lovely place to stay. Highly recommended.

The host was very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was perfect for us, very quiet and such a lovely area. Great location too. Cooking facilities were great. Fab oven for cooking lasagna! Everything we needed in the kitchen dining area so that we could cook meals, and our host offered anything extra that we may need. We loved the little living room area which was comfortable and cosy. Clever clothes storage in the bedroom and a lovely comfortable bed. Everything you would expect and need from your accommodation. Definitely recommend and will definitely stay again.
