La ubicación estuvo ok, había algunos lugares agradables para comer y tomar algo cerca del apartamento; sin embargo, había indigentes en la noche y gente con aspecto de inseguridad.

El apartamento en general estaba ok, sin embargo, el baño estaba sucio, se notaba que la ducha no la lavaban hace tiempo, sobre todo los vidrios.
