La proximité avec Casablanca est le point positif ainsi que la terrasse commune face à la mer. L'appartement est correct avec le confort acceptable. Service de buanderie à la demande. Literie très confortable.

La ville dar bouazza n'a aucun intérêt. La plage est très moyenne. La résidence est vieille mais fonctionnelle. Le personnel et le propriétaire sont très avenant. L'appartement est correct mais pas luxueux. Pas d'ascenseur. Pas de lave linge.
