The location is superb, the bed is very comfortable and the check in was very straightforward

The fridge was dirty, the microwave could have used some more thorough cleaning and the AC is pretty noisy.

Location is ideal - shops, sights, restaurants, and water all just a stones throw away. Clean and comfortable suite. The host is available, friendly, and responsive. Smoothe check-in and check-out.

The location is excellent, right on the Main Street, close to everything. We had a very pleasant stay. The host provided very clear instructions on how to get in the building and apartment.

The location was fantastic. Directly above an icecream & coffee shop, a few steps from the main intersection in downtown Wellington.

Perfect location, comfortable beds and great AC!

The bed was very comfortable, the sheets and room were spotless, and the bathroom was great. Plus, the location was excellent , close to all the city’s conveniences, with plenty of great spots nearby for breakfast and dinner.

The lack of windows with a proper view, all facing a rooftop, and the check-in process, which required calling to get the access code, were drawbacks. The electronic lock on the room was also not very intuitive. That said, Corey was very attentive and even allowed us to check in about half an hour early.

We stayed at the Vineyard suites and it was great. The bed is very comfortable and the suite is clean. The location is amazing ! We went to a nice restaurant for dinner and had some breakfast and coffee nearby. Would recommend !

The only thing for us was the night light on the electrical outlet which is very bright at night. The fridge is also leaking a little bit and it is not the coldest so I would not bring anything too perishable. Perfect for drinks though ;)

Clean and comfortable space.

There was no 'view'. Windows blocked because of neighbouring property. There was a keypad for entry to room which didn't work one day and we were locked out for about half an hour. We always use the additional security latch on an entry door when staying in hotel-like accommodation. This option did not exist and we were unsure of the effectiveness of the "lock' option button on keypad inside room. There were 17 steep stairs to reach the room from outside. Very daunting if you have feeble knees. The room had only Roku TV which is quite limited. There was no easy emergency exit from property if stairs were unavailable. I didn't realize when booking a small space for two guests for two nights simply because we would be busy area visitors that we would find the space a bit disconcerting. Younger guests may not find an issue with the space. This is our personal view of the space meant only to comment on our perspective. As mentioned above, the space is clean and comfortable.
