Villa Ramonda

Besitzer sehr freundlich. Zur Begrüssung Obst vorhanden. Wohnung sehr neu und schön eingerichtet. Zur Matka Schlucht 1km zu Fuß Parken auf dem Grundstück hinter einem Tor, allerdings 100m vom Haus entfernt. NICHT direkt am Haus. Der Hund des Besitzers ist kein Problem, unsere Hündin hat sich exzellent mit ihm verstanden

KEINE Moskitonetze Betten hart. Ich bevorzuge feste Matratzen, aber diese waren zu hart. Bad ohne Duschvorhang und nur auf einer Seite eine Glastrennwand vorhanden. Das Wasser spritzt beim Duschen auf die Fliesen, die dann spiegelglatt sind. Tochter (8J) stürzte. Der Holzboden knarrt. Wir hatten das Zimmer im OG. Kaum Beleuchtung im Bad. Im Zimmer mit Doppelbett kaputte Glühbirnen. Keine richtiger Herd. Es gibt einen Backofen (Mikrowellengrösse), der oben drauf zwei Platten hat. !!! Insgesamt viel zu teuer. 250€ für 2 Nächte (Davon 20€ für den Hund) Der Hund kostet extra und ist im Preis bei booking noch nicht berücksichtigt. Es gibt zwei weiße hochflorige Teppiche. Zu Beginn hatte mein Mann tränende Augen und Atemprobleme. Erst als wir die Teppiche auf den Balkon gebracht haben und die Böden gereinigt haben, konnte er wieder durchatmen.

We expected more cleaner rooms and toilet.. The property needs some upgrading.

Вилата беше прекрасна, с огромен, красив двор и паркинг. Домакинът беше услужлив и приятен събеседник. Вилата беше с голям, удобен хол и оборудвана кухня, подходяща за семейна ваканция, на 5 мин с кола от каньона Матка.

Apartamento completo en casa compartida. Los anfitriones muy amables. Estás perdido por el monte con vistas increíbles. Si tienes coche un sitio ideal para desconectar.

El baño es privado pero tienes que salir del apartamento.

Nous avons séjourné dans l'appartement du premier étage : séjour très décevant car très très bruyant (très mauvaise insonorisation, le parquet du dessus grince énormément et laisse passer les voix des autres locataires). Les chambres sont équipées uniquement de voilage, pas de rideaux, il y fait grand jour très tôt le matin. Si vous devez séjourner à Villa Ramonda, demandez l'appartement du deuxième étage. Celui du premier dans lequel nous étions est vraiment trop mal insonorisé. C'est vraiment dommage car l'emplacement est très bien, à proximité du canyon et dans un bel environnement.

Nuisances sonores - manque de rideaux - équipement cuisine minimaliste. Tarif un peu élevé par rapport aux autres locations que nous avons effectuées en Macédoine du Nord

Prachtige locatie! Afgelegen in mooie natuur maar tegelijkertijd op een halfuurtje lopen van de Matka-kloof. De gastheer en zijn vader zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Communicatie gaat via een goede vertaalapp van de host. Hij hielp ons met de barbecue. Het huis zelf is modern en mooi ingericht, met name de eerste verdieping. En een ruime tuin. Een ideale accommodatie voor een vriendengroep van acht uit Nederland. Aanrader!

It had a gorgeous Mountain View and it was very clean.

The Stairway to the third floor was very narrow and difficult to navigate, not recommended for someone with Mobility or balance issues.

Considering the country and location I think this accommodation was good. It is certainly very large and up to date with furnishings and fittings. The house is set in a nice garden which the balconies overlook. There was certainly everything in the apartment that we needed for our overnight stay. The owner has made a good effort to present his property nicely. We did have a challenge locating the property initially and I’m not sure if this was a fault with us as the owner commented that others have not experienced this problem. We parked our car very close to the front gate of the house (it was just down a private lane way) and we had not doubt that our car and its contents were secure.

We did have a problem with the overpowering smell of cigarette smoke rising and coming in through our window, so much so that we could not leave the window open for fresh air. The apartment is air conditioned but it was a pity not to be able to enjoy the fresh air of the area.

Great size and nice apartment with balcony. Very friendly host. Good parking. Nice garden. Comfortable beds. Close to Matka canyon.
