"Exceptional - highly recommend!"

Our stay at Semes Luxury Apartments was truly exceptional. From day one, our host Athina was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself was perfectly equipped, with every detail carefully thought out to suit the needs of guests. The beds were very comfortable, the apartment was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were always provided. The location is ideal, right in the center of Hersonissos, close to everything yet still peaceful. I’ve been visiting Hersonissos almost every year since 2017, and this has been by far the best place I’ve stayed. I’m already planning to return to Semes next summer 😊

Everything was perfect, no complaints from my side.

"מאכזב מאוד- הדירה חביבה, המנהלת נחמדה, אבל תנאי המגורים היו לא סבירים בשום צורה, בנוסף לפרסום לקוי"

הדירה עצמה ( אם מנתקים מכל השאר- רעש לא סביר, ללא מעלית, ללא חניה) חמודה.

א. רעש לא סביר !!!! 1. רעש ממועדונים בסביבה עם מוזיקה חזקה כל לילה, עד 5 בבוקר, והחלונות ממש לא מספיק אוטמים; 2. רעש 24/7 של דפיקות- הסתבר שזו משאבת המים של הדירה/בניין. כשהמנהלת ניסתה לעזור, על ידי כיבוי, לא היה לחץ מים בכלל, ולא היו מים בכיורים/שירותים/ מקלחת- מצב ממש בלתי סביר ובלתי נסבל. ב. לדירה אין חניה והיינו בקומה 3 ללא מעלית- זה שילוב של פרסום הדירה והדגשות בוקינג- יש להדגיש את הנ"ל באופן ברור, ולא לגלות את זה רק אם חופרים לתת סעיפים. היה כתוב שיש חניה. בהערה פנימית נכתב חניה בקרבת מקום. החניה נמצאת כ350 מטר מהדירה- עם ילדים, כ7-10 דקות הליכה, וגם היא הייתה מלאה כשהגענו אליה. למזלנו, בחלק מהימים, אחת משתי החניות שליד הדירה הייתה פנויה, אבל זה היה מזל. זה פרסום לקוי מאוד !!! ג. המנהלת עזרה כשדיווחנו על בעיות נוספות, אך היה כדאי שהדברים יהיו מראש- מטליות לניקוי כלים ומשטחים, 2 צרורות של מפתחות- באחד הימים חזרנו בשתי קבוצות, כדי לגלות שמי שכבר עלה לקומה שלישית, צריך לרדת בלילה 3 קומות לפתוח את דלת הבניין לקבוצה שחזרה מאוחר יותר.

"Extremely enjoyable."

The property was spacious, clean, well equipped in a very central location. The host Athina was extremely helpful & couldn’t do enough to make our stay as good as possible.

Slightly noisy at night due to the beach club next door but didn’t spoil the holiday in any way.
