Location was good for us

Linen needs to be better quality and feels old. Not enough towels Beds are so uncomfortable Floor ripped in kitchen Shower wasn’t hot A lamp in the living room would be handy

The apartment is located in a very good area; very close to the bus station, a shopping center and restaurants. There is no traffic noise around, so you can rest well at night.

I'm allergic to dust and I couldn't stop sneezing the whole time I was there. Apparently the rug hasn't been vacuumed in a long time and I got puffy eyes as soon as I set foot in the apartment. The stove was kind of rusty, so we decided not to use it. We were four people in the apartment and there were not enough spoons for all of us; just two. So it would be nice to have some more.

The apartment was fine, very central.

Double bed was very uncomfortable, could probably do with a new mattress. Cooking utensils were a little sparce, but we got by.

Location was excellent Great Host sorted out any issues promptly

Could do with some cosmetic touch up in places Entrance stairway is a little grubby and could do with a freshening up BUT these did not affect our enjoyment

Size of flat was great. Had everything you could need. Communication with owner good. Had basic supplies (tea, coffee, sugar and shower gel)

Pillows little flat but coped. Didn't know how to do heating (we got cold and wet). I didn't message about it maybe it could be put in handbook.

The location offered convenient access to shopping and transportation.

The WiFi connection occasionally experienced instability, and the shower’s heating could be improved to provide hotter water.

I liked the location, it was very close to where I needed to be.

I was with a small child that required a pram the front door was not wide enough to get the pram through so I struggled getting in. I had to get the baby out then fold the pram and carry both baby and pram through the narrow doorway

Location was excellent and the flat was warm. 2 bathrooms was a bonus.

The TV was a bit unreliable. Struggled to connect to the internet for Netflix etc
