location was excellent and the apartment was lovely.

Heating wasn’t working and it took 2 days to get an engineer out to the property. It was the end of November and cold outside and we had no hot water the first night/next morning and no heating until the 3rd day, 3 wee heaters were left in the apartment the 2nd day but 2 of them didn’t work. No apology was given by the property owner and he wasn’t particularly helpful. It did affect our stay as we had to keep our coats on anytime we arrived back to the apartment.

Great location,central for the City

Lack of character in rooms,no attention to detail and obviously no reported issues concerning general maintenance/cleanliness

could be better. the bedding is well used. the mattress has also worn out. for the price could be better

perfect location, nicely decorated, good comfortable beds and had everything we needed will definitaly use this property again in the future

The flat was reasonably priced, was clean and tidy & had plenty of room for 4 people. The best thing was its location in the town centre - excellent for me who travelled by train and only a 10 minute walk from station. I would stay there again.

It's in need of some decorating and maintenance as it was a little tired in places and a few repairs were necessary. There was no table to sit at when dining, which was odd. Okay for me alone, but not convenient for 4 people. Also quite a few stairs to get up to it - could be difficult for older not so able guests.

Excellent central location, very clean, two bathrooms, full kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher.

Beds were small and uncomfortable. Need new blackout curtains in the bedrooms, especially the twin room.
