contact almost only with BOTs!! Took over an hoiur to get into property as we weren't sent the codes. One shower not working - No hot water on the last morning

The checkin experience was terrible so complicated and time consuming. We booked for 10 ppl and needed to open couches and put linen ourselves every day and close the couches in the morning it was a hassle and not fun to to in a vacation.

Spacious lounge and main room Two good bathrooms Modern appliances

Floor in 2nd room filthy and room very small for 2 beds. Hot water on timer which later found out on weekend switches of. So no hot water over weekend.

"Bad"

Absolutely nothing!!. Old apartment old equipment bad odour very low maintenance. NO communication with the host. The WORST part was that they forced us to pay another amout with an *external link* in order to receive the key!! Otherwise, there is no key. We had no choice but to pay as we just wanted a place to stay after the long travel :-((( now almost 2 months after NO one to talk to, very slow communication, no answers!! they chared us VAT twice as we already paid the VAT via booking.com !! and now they refuses to refund.

Everything. Bad apartment Bad host Will Never come again
