Be aware that they are not refunding the 14,723.08 TL (300 Euros) they took as a deposit. They are also lying, claiming they didn't give it to us even though they took it from here. This Downtown Apartments Bilk facility is a thief. They should pay back the deposit they took from me. We liked Düsseldorf, but they didn't return our deposit when they took it from us at Downtown Apartments Bilk. Please beware of these scams. We will be filing a complaint with the German police. Well presented . We have stayed twice on long stays . It has become our second home . The owner is prompt with replies and goes out of the way to make the stay comfortable. The security is great if you are staying with children .

Parking car can be very challenging so get a garage booked with the owner if you are going to drive . Some days we drive around 45 min for free parking. Can be very tricky during busy time .

Alles super! Die Wohnung ist schön, gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Alles da, was man braucht. Der Wohnraum mit gut ausgestattener Küchenzeile ist geräumig, hell, mit einem schönen Esstisch. Ideal für Familien. Der Gastgeber ist klasse: erreichbar, freundlich, entgegenkommend. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bei geschlossenen Fentsern sehr ruhig.

Vooral de ruimte en de gezellige sfeer zorgen voor een fijn verblijf. Alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig, bedden zijn perfect en de keuken goed uitgerust. Communicatie met de host verloopt uitstekend, en onze vragen zijn vlot beantwoord. En het appartement is mooi schoon.
