1-Check in a far away hotel then comeback to the appartment. 2- the elevator start from 1st floor, which mean you carry your luggage to the 1st floor first, disappointing

Good location. Well equipped and clean

very close to little tokyo and the streets where you can shop

matrasses were very hard

The size of property is good and sufficient, also it was a clean and tidy. Staff were very helpful and polite

Entering the property was difficult specially with luggage as I have to take the stair way for some time then use the lift which was not work on the last day and I have to carry all my luggage’s alone to bring them down for 3 and half floors with weights

1. It was a 2-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and a large hall, large TV, and working internet and apps. Very spacious as well. 2. 2 minutes walk to train/tram/bus. Conveniently located. 3. Area felt safe 4. Couple of eateries as well as Netto groceries nearby.

1. Place felt like a tax-cheating scam :-) So we arrived at the address provided by Booking.com with kids and luggage - only to realize that there was no hotel there! Not even a sign! (You can see the picture attached to my review for proof). We were utterly confused. We asked a smoke/tobacco shop near the entrance of Wehrhahn 71 and they had no idea. So - as we were trying to figure out what happened - a person suddenly came out of the shop and said they had seen some cars with the tag "Sleep In" drive inside the apartment complex and asked us to look around or call the hotel. As we started exploring the apartment complex more we saw two ladies cleaning an apartment with "Sleep In" t-shirts. When we told them we had a booking they asked us to call a certain number. When we did that the person on the other end said we were supposed to receive an email (we did but that was in the junk folder of my Gmail, so I never really checked) - That email had the correct address where we were supposed to show up first to collect the keys, etc. (which was Oststrasse 168, 40210 Düsseldorf and different from where the apartment was Am Wehrhahn 71, 40211 Düsseldorf). Very weird and confusing experience for the first 1 hour. Apparently "Sleep Inn Wehrhahn Suites" owns 4/5 apartments in the apartment complex and runs them like AirBnB style through booking.com. 2. Room was ready at 15:45 and not at the promised time of 15:00 3. Bathroom shower didn’t have a shower curtain - Not sure if that is the norm in German hotels. 4. No toothpaste! No coffee/tea! We paid close to 370 Euros for 2 nights and they couldn't provide that! 5. There was a washing machine but no dryer - Not sure how we were supposed to dry clothes on a very rainy day! Or maybe that's the custom in Germany not to have a dryer?
