Great value for the money, convenient location. Flat is newly renovated, but quality of renovation is low.

Location, quite central

Shower is ice cold on evenings, have to wait 20 minutes to get 3 mins of hot water. Towel dryer is not working, someone's old food remained in the fridge. This is the old soviet era building. The apartment is the only renewed (kind of) in it, so you are surrounded by all kind of people living theirs lives. Crazy neighbors switch on tv/radio at 3.30am at night, so the whole building can hear them. Then you hear all other neighbors walking speaking shutting doors till the morning. Impossible to sleep. Just try to find another property in the middle of the night and to move there with a kid. We're like red eyed zombies, haven't had a sleep at all.
